Cara Membuat
Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam shaker dicampur dengan es. Kocok dan tuangkan ke dalam gelas martini. Anda dapat menambahkan potongan buah cherry kedalam minuman ini.

2 oz  Sweet and Sour Mix
1/4 oz  Jägermeister

Cara membuat :
Masukkan Melon Liqueur dan campuran minuman yang manis dan yang asam (sweet and sour mix) kedalam shaker yang berisi potongan es. Kocok dan tuangkan kedalam gelas martini. Masukkan Raspberry Liqueur dibagian bawah gelas dan jagermeister di atasnya. Dan anda akan dapat melihat 3 lapisan minuman.

Cara Membuat :

1.After Dinner Mint



Shack vigorously and serve.

2. Alhambra

1 oz cognac
5 ozhot cocoa

Make the cocoa in an irish coffee cup and add the cognac.

3. Alhambra Royale

1 1/2 oz cognac
1 cup hot chocolate
1 twist orange peel
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Fill a mug with hot chocolate almost to the brim. Twist an orange peel over the mug and add it to the chocolate. Using a ladle, warm the cognac over hot water, ignite and while still flaming, pour into the mug. Garnish with whipped cream.

4. Bumpo

2 oz gold rum
1 oz lime juice
1 tsp caster sugar
2 ozhot waterAdd to heatproof cup and allow the sugar to dissolve. Dust with nutmeg.

5. Canadian Cocoa


Heat milk in a small saucepan. When simmering, add remaining ingredients. Allow syrup to dissolve, and pour into a heat-proof glass.

6. Chai Toddy

1 1/2 oz spiced rum
1 dash peppermint schnapps
1 tsp honey
4 ozhot tea

Stir all ingredients in a mug and serve steaming hot. Garnish with a peppermint stick.

7. Galliano Toddy

1 oz Scotch whisky
3/4 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1 slice lemon
2 ozboiling water

8. Gin Toddy

2 oz gin
2 tsp water
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 twist lemon peel

Mix powdered sugar and water in an old-fashioned glass. Add gin and one ice cube. Stir, add the twist of lemon peel, and serve.

9. Goldie

1/4 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
1 1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
3/4 oz orange juice
1 1/2 oz milk
1/4 oz cream
1 twist orange 
peelHeat in a heat-resistant glass, add orange peel, and serve.

10.Hot Frenchman

4 oz red wine
3/4 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 oz orange juice
1/4 oz lemon juice
1 twist orange peel
1 twist lemon peel
Heat well in a heat-resistant glass or cup. Stir, add twists of lemon and orange peel, and serve.

11.Hot Gin

2 oz gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
2 ozboiling water
1 tsp sugar
1 cinnamon stick

12.Hot Irish

1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
4 ozboiling water
1/2 slice lemon
1 pinchground cinnamon

Pour into a heat-proof goblet, sweeten with brown sugar (to taste), and serve.

13.Hot Jamaican

2 oz Jamaican dark rum
3 oz water
1 oz limes
1/2 tsp sugar syrup
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 slice lime 
Heat gently in a saucepan, pour unstrained into a heat-proof goblet, and serve.

14.Hot Whiskey

2 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1 slicefresh lemon
2-4 cloves
1 tsp sugar
hot water

Pour the whiskey into a whiskey sour glass. Add cloves into the fresh lemon and place into the whiskey. Fill with hot water and dissolve in the sugar. Serve immediately.

15.Jean Gabin

1 1/2 oz dark rum
3/4 oz Calvados® brandy
1 tbsp maple syrup
5 ozhot milk
1 pinch nutmeg

Heat rum, calvados and syrup in a heat-resistant glass or cup. Fill with hot milk, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve

3/4 oz white rum
3/4 oz Heering® cherry liqueur
3/4 oz cream
1 1/4 oz milk

Heat in a heat-resistant glass or cup.

1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz sugar syrup
1 slice lemon
1 clove
4 ozhot water

Heat in a heat-resistant glass, and fill with hot water. Add a lemon slice speared with a clove, and serve.

1. '61 Imperial



In a tall chimney glass or hurricane glass, fill with cubed ice; add all liquor except the blue curacao. Add the pineapple juice, stir well, and float the blue curacao on top. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
 

2. Blue Hawaiian


Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.

 

3. Apricot Kiss


Pour the apricot brandy, Scotch whisky and sweet vermouth into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Stir gently and serve.

4. Apricot Lady recipe

1 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz apricot brandy
1 tsp triple sec
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
1 slice orange
ice cubes

Pour the vodka, light rum and dark rum into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add Sprite and a splash of pineapple juice. Serve with a twist of lime (or lemon), and serve.

1 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz creme de menthe
4 - 5 oz lemonade

Pour the creme de menthe into a sugar frosted highball glass. Add the vodka and a few ice cubes. Top with lemonade, and serve.

Float brandy on top of benedictine in a cordial glass without mixing and serve.

9. Bacardi Cocktail


In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Place 2 - 3 crushed ice cubes in a parfait glass. Pour the blue curacao over the ice, and add the vodka. Top with cream, and serve.

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into glass, garnish with a pineapple slice.

Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a collins glass. Add grenadine, garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve unstirred.

Pour the Jim Beam Bourbon whiskey into a highball glass. Add the Sierra Mist and a couple of ice cubes, and serve.

Take a long piece of lemon rind and twist it hard to release the oils in an empty glass, rub it around the inside of the glass, and throw it in the bottom. Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top

Chilled vodka, coffee liqueur and soda water over ice in a tall glass.

60ml vodka
60ml coffee liqueur
60ml soda water

Method

Build over ice in a highball glass or straight into a rocks glass. Serve with a large straw.
36.                Moscow Mule
This old classic is a perfect mix of ginger beer, vodka and lime. Great for sipping on anytime of the day.

50ml Vodka
1/2 Lime
Ginger beer

Method

Fill highball glass with cubed ice, add vodka, squeeze lime wedges on top. Fill up with ginger beer.
37.                Negroni
A chic cocktail created from a smooth blend of gin, Campari, sweet vermouth and fresh orange juice.

Ingredients

60ml gin,
20ml Campari,
30ml sweet vermouth,
Juice of 1/2 orange

Method

Coat rim of a tall glass with sugar. Shake all with ice, and pour into glass with lots of ice. Garnish with orange.
38.                Peppermint Pattie
Vodka, peppermint schnapps, coffee liqueur and Creme de Cacao served straight up chilled. Adictive.

Ingredients

10ml Vodka
20ml Peppermint schnapps
15ml Coffee liqueur
10ml Dark Creme de Cacao

Method

Shake over ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail, pony or shot glass.
39.                Scooby Snack
Coconut rum, banana and melon liqueur, shaken with pineapple and whipped cream to arrive at this tropical delight.

Ingredients

15ml coconut rum
15ml banana liqueur
15ml melon liqueur
15ml pineapple juice
45ml whipped cream

Method

Pour rum, liqueurs and pineapple juice into a stainless steel shaker over ice. Add whipped cream, and shake; until well mixed and sufficiently chilled. Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
40.                Screwdriver
The original vodka and orange. These days a straw can be used to mix it!

60ml vodka
90ml Orange juice

Method

Build over ice in highball glass.
41.                Smith & Kerns
An ice cold creamy Kahlua shake with a splash of soda.

40ml Kahlua
Splash of cream
Splash of Club Soda

Method

Shake Kahlua & cream over ice. Pour in a highball glass. Add splash of soda to top.
42.                Star Spangled Margarita
An American tequila favourite served up with a holiday twist. USA número uno!

Ingredients

45ml tequila
30ml Blue Curacao liqueur
30ml Lime juice
Salt
Ice

Method

Rub the rim of a margarita cocktail glass with lime juice then dip rim in salt. Mix tequila, blue curacao, and lime juice with ice and shake hard. Strain into the salt-rimmed glass and serve. Garnish with a lime wedge and a red cherry.
43.                Vesper
Like the femme fatale, Vesper Lynd, of James Bond fame, this classic martini with a twist has a cool sting with a warm afterglow.

Ingredients

90ml gin,
30ml vodka,
15ml Lillet Blanc wine,
garnish with lemon peel

Method

Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled champagne glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
44.                Yellow Bird
Herbal and banana liqueur give the flavours to this rum cocktail with orange, pineapple and lime juice complementing.

30ml Dark rum
15ml Galliano
15ml Creme de banana
Splash of orange juice
Splash of pineapple juice
Dash of lime juice

Method

Shake with ice & strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
45.                Zombie
Light and dark rum shaken with apricot brandy, pineapple, orange and lime, topped with a layer of Bacardi 151.

Ingredients

60ml Light rum
30ml Dark rum
30ml Apricot brandy
5ml sugar
30ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Orange juice
30ml Lime juice
15ml 151% Rum

Method

Shake rums, brandy, simple syrup & juices over ice. Pour into hurricane glass. Float 151 on top.
